Our client, a MNC E&P in Malaysia is seeking for Development Geologist.
Note:
Nationality : Malaysian Only
Position Type: Permanent Role
This position will work with a reservoir engineer and the Venture Manager in:
- Monitoring and influencing development plans for the partner and joint venture operated fields.
- Liaising with the development project operators and internal technical groups in Houston to monitor and influence the appraisal of discoveries and the preparation of area development plans.
- Maintaining SEC-compliant proved reserves, based on any new subsurface data obtained from the development drilling programs.
- Providing independent technical assessment and work as COP geoscience interface with operators.
- Evaluating additional growth opportunities in Malaysia.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
- Masters of Science degree in geoscience from a western university
- 10-20 years E&P industry experience including work with a western oil and gas operating company
- 6-10 years in field development
