| Job Description: |
• Formulate and execute sales and marketing plans to increase market penetration through appointed distribution channel in USA.
• Accountable for overall sales performance and customer satisfaction in assigned region including but not limited to :
1 Selecting and appointing of distributors
2. Managing of distributor relationships
3. Providing effective sales support to distributors in sales issues and after-sales services to distributors.
4. Forecasting enhancing and assisting distributors to meet sales targets.
5. Enhancing distributors’ knowledge through regular training and workshops
6. Assisting in obtaining local regulatory product registration
7. Assisting in obtaining reimbursement pricing , where applicable

| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing and equivalent
• Must have relevant experience in the dental industry
• Experience in bringing new products to the market, selecting and appointing distributors
• Ability to work across culture effectively
• Ability to travel extensively within short notice
• Aggressive networking skills
• Posses excellent communication skill
