Project Manager, IT Park
Job Role & Function
Working closely with the Client, Architect, Consultants and various contractors To seamlessly deliver the project from pre-execution up to close out stage. Would be the single point of contact with the client handling reporting procedures, overview of site execution and chairing all project related meetings.
Responsible to
Regional Manager, Development Projects-Project Management
Responsibilities
- Be the primary client contact working with other members of the Project Team through design and execution stages.
- Develop project reports, cash flows, project plan and track the same through the progress of the project
- Lead other team members by assigning work for different aspects of the project.
Qualities needed
In addition to strong IT skills, the successful candidate must:
- have excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
- initiative and ownership
- Experience of having executed similar projects -IT parks from design upto completion
- be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- be a team player with a "can do" attitude
- have an eye for detail and be proactive
- Good knowledge about project management principles.
- Good command over structural and MEP services related aspects.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of 7-10 years` previous relevant experience.
