Position: Sales Manager or Senior BDM
Location: Dubai & Saudi Arabia
Experience: 5 -8 years (Sales Manager) / 10- 12 years (Senior BDM)
Job profile: The successful candidate will be responsible for
„X Effectively management of the entire sales cycle, through negotiation and closure
„X Fulfillment of the assigned software license revenue target/quota
„X Maintenance of a quality business to build software license revenues and further its overall market position
„X Developing and managing the channel partners within the territory assigned
„X Providing all necessary reports, including forecasts, in an accurate and timely manner.
„X Assisting with other activities throughout the year as may be required from time to time to help the international organization as a whole (for example, Training and Competitive Analysis, and so on).

Skills Required:: |
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have
„X IT solutions sales experience, selling a solution with a complex B2B sales cycle.
„X MBA from a premier institute;
„X Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
„X Excellent presentation skills;
„X Ability to manage and motivate others;
„X ERP sales experience would be an advantage.
„X Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
