Position: Test manager
Experience: 5-7 years
Location: Netherlands(The Hague/Amersfoort/ Groningen/Bussum).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Planning and deploying,managing the test effort for any given engagement / release.
To create test plans for various testing models like System Testing and non functional testing.
Advocating an appropriate level of testability focus in the development process.

| Skills Required: |
Primary Skills:
Ability to speak and write Dutch and English is mandatory.
Good managerial skills to lead a team of software testers
Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools(esp mercury testing)
Good understanding of Telecom application/Service testing
Secondary Skills:
Understanding of TMAP process.
Knowledge of Oracle Billing and Revenue management (Portal Infranet) or Siebel will be an added advantage |
