Responsibilities
• Cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts and generate new qualified opportunities within Global 1000 retail, energy and financial services industries.
• Navigate through large, complex organizations to find recommenders and decision makers.
• Communicate company's real estate performance management solution value proposition to C-level executives by utilizing effective solution selling techniques
• Set up meetings, presentations and product demonstrations for the outside sales team.
• Work closely with the outside Account Executives on territory and account planning
• Work closely with the marketing team on territory planning, campaigns and trade-shows.
• Work closely with Sales Solutions and Professional Services Consultants to demonstrate client’s solution and value proposition.
• Work closely with Client Managers on new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Cultivate territory to find new target accounts and contacts and accounts in company's SFA system.
• Meet weekly call quota and quarterly and annual lead quota objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales and/or sales development experience with enterprise software solutions
• High level of comfort in communicating complex software solutions to C-level executives in Global 1000 companies.
• Proven track record of success in generating large sales opportunities within functional departments at Global 1000 organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy team selling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research.
• Experience using sales force automation tools - especially SalesForce.com
