Job Profile
• Manage the daily IT development activities within the company.
• Creation of specification documents, when new business requirements are identified.
• Project plans will also need to be developed and issued to the development teams.
• The individual will maintain a constant view of on-going projects, distributing resources and updating project plans as necessary ensuring on-time delivery.
• The individual should be-able to demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills, since the role will involve communicating with development teams in other countries, and maintaining good moral within the team.
• The individual should have good knowledge of Service Orientated Architecture, and have experience working in an environment where software is sold as a service.
• This role will involve extensive travel abroad.

Candidate Specification:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent specification and documentation skills, including UML and database schemas.
• Good knowledge of Share Point
• Excellent knowledge of Linux
• Good knowledge of .net technologies (ASP and C#).
• Good knowledge SQL.
• Good knowledge of Workflows.
• Good knowledge of MS Project and Visio
• Good Knowledge of PHP or Ruby
• Excellent knowledge of web services (SOAP)
• Proven experience with SQL2005
• Proven experience with My SQL or Postgres
• Proven experience of identifying risks and performing risk management
