IT Recruiters - Offshore
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented IT Recruiters to identify, evaluate, and negotiate offers and recruit consultants/employees for our IT consulting services in Dubai and Perth, Australia.
Due to the success of our current operations we are establishing a new IT business stream, we’re seeking successful individuals who can grow with our team of consultants.
Job description
Candidates will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential is attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills.
Thorough knowledge of the entire IT recruiting life cycle; ability to screen resumes, match with open IT positions, interview, negotiate rates, with ability to close offers with candidates.
To being considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate previous experience working with international customers and business partners as a recruiter sourcing candidates for open IT positions.
Be capable of advising management regarding hiring needs; job specifications, job duties, qualifications, maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified IT candidates, develop new leads for potential placement opportunities.
Must be fluent in English both spoken and written: computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience Guidelines:
3 to 5 years as a professional IT recruiter: proven ability to prioritize and multi-task: have in place an effective and timely recruiting process.
Must be able to develop and foster a good working relationship with current and future candidates and clients. |
