| Job Description: |
Purpose: Leads and directs the development, execution and management of the financial strategies of Global Village Theme Park including funding, reporting, treasury compliance, audit, budgeting, financial and management accounting, project appraisal and risk assessment of future schemes.
• Leads the development, management and implementation of the financial strategies of the company including funding, treasury, compliance, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and financial and management accounting, project appraisal and risk assessment of future schemes to enable and support business growth and profitability.
• Directs the establishment and implementation of internal financial controls and ensures the financial/audit operation and reporting requirements are in compliance with applicable laws, policies, standards, regulations and generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications and Education: Post graduate degree in Business/Finance; Chartered or Certified Accountant
Experience: A minimum of 10 years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in finance and business support functions in a senior management role, preferably in the retail, leisure, hospitality/hotel or theme park industry
Knowledge: Financial analysis methodologies, GAAP, ERP Systems, Business Excellence Models
