This recently opened 5* deluxe city property contains of 460 rooms and is part of an international chain. The F&B operation boasts of 7 outlets including a signature Italian restaurant and an authentic Thai restaurant as well as an extensive banquet & catering operation. You are expected to have 5 star international and Asian experience and ideally an European training background.
Expected are a visible, hands-on management style with constant commitment for training. Moreover you will be responsible to assist the Group Executive chef to develop and work on newly planned signature outlets, to be opened up in the near future. Salary is tax free and negotiable plus full expat package. This position is for single travelling candidates only. |
Skills Required:: |
Computer literate, Asian or Middle East experience is needed, solid training skills, experience in 4-5 star properties required.
PR orientated, able to lead a large international brigade |
Language Requirements: |
English-Very GoodOther Languages: Knowledge of Thai language is of advantage
