| Job Description: |
Diagnose, Support, Troubleshoot, Record, Report, and Create repair work orders for items sold, shipped, and maintained by or for Infinity Spas or with service contract or warranty personnel for French Speaking Customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer/consumers’ incident and situation; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Reviews customer/consumer requests for parts or service to ascertain cause for service request orders based on type of malfunction, and customer/consumer information.
Produces work orders for outside contract repair personnel to specific repair and maintenance work based on warranty specifications of each product.
Requisitions replacement parts, supplies, and labor service work orders based on warranty specifications as needed.
Keeps and records parts utilized, and work performed for each service call utilizing the Service Request Order Process. See the Syteline process chart for details.
Reports potential future product or service issues (that need addressing) to management and/or Quality Control by collecting customer/consumer concerns information and analyzing customer/consumer needs.

| Skills Required: |
Ø Fluent English and French (bilingual)
Ø The ability to read and write English (will occasionally need to write legible e-mails)
Ø 1 or more years experience in the customer service field
Ø Clear telephone voice
Ø The ability to use the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Ø Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing skills are all a plus (but not necessarily a deciding factor)
