Physical Therapists will:
Be licensed to practice in the state of NC
Perform assessments on patients
Demonstrates critical thinking abilities
Create a Plan of Care for patients based on assessment findings; establish short and long-term goals
Plan a weekly schedule in advance
Be a team player with all disciplines
Have a working knowledge of current Medicare regulations and statutes
Attend all team conferences and meetings as indicated
Supervise PT assistants and home health aides as needed
Visits a minimum of 5 patients daily
Particpate in business development/marketing activities to grow the program
