Job Profile:
„X Manage the testing process and infusion of new ideas to fine tune the process.
„X Oversee and supervise all testing activities, and direct analysis and executions of test plans and scripts produced by managing and leading a team of testing engineers
„X Manage and direct the production of test plans and scripts for system testing of the development tasks assigned and communicate results to Supervisors.
„X Liaise with Development and Product Management (Product Leads and/or Designers) assigned to produce the technical/functional specifications where required, and on coding the development tasks.
„X Ensure that Testing Engineers comply with all the published standards within the TCB Development Group, the Quality Management System (QMS), or within the company.
