We are looking for Thai Head Chef for our client - new opened Thai restaurant in Odessa, Ukraine.
Salary is 2000 USD per month + free accomodation ..
The candidate must have 5 years supervisory experience. Will be required to manager the kitchen alone and all kitchen staff and chefs. Must have extensive experience of all Thai foods including meat and fish dishes. Will be required to oversee all food operations and to ensure that the kitchen is run smoothly and efficiently. Will manage budgets, food margins, order fresh ingredients and produce. Will be responsible for kitchen profit and loss and ensuring productivity. Will also be responsible for all staff training and recruitment and to ensure all health, Safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Must be capable of leading and motivation a team of people.
Will report directly to owners and will be liaise with all management to ensure a smooth service for customers.
Thai restaurant in Odessa city - in Ukraine .
Head Chef has to cook both Thai and Japanese cuisine . Restaurant 's owner will recruit Sous Chef and Chef de Partie too ..
This thai restaurant in Odessa will have High Standard and employer wants to see not only resumes but and video files for each candidate .
Video file must include:
english level ( let chef makes the presentation about himself in english ), description what thai menu he can cook demonstration of cooking ( in this case will be enough if chef can show one thai dish ) , demonstration and description of place - where is chef working now - kitchen , places in restaurant and etc.
When employer selects the best candidate for head chef position - employer will discuss with him menu in new odessa restaurant and will ask him to assist in byuing special kitchen equipments and other needed items for Odessa restaurant ..
