Our client is searching for a Retention Project Manager to join the retention team. Your focus as Project Manager will be to deliver and sell a vision whilst increasing active player numbers. You will drive projects from concept to completion, liaising with a wide number of departments within the organisation including Technical, Creative, Vertical owners (poker, casino etc) and translators.
As a Project Manager you will own problems when presented with them, following all solutions through to completion. You will need strong visionary and communication skills with the creativity to come up with fresh ideas and the confidence to try something out of the ordinary to drive the project to success.
In this fantastic role you will be a key member of the team, helping us to cope with the additional tasks recently required from Player Marketing Services.
As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Managing retention related projects
• Managing and monitor ongoing promotion
• Basic level analysis of retention activities
As a Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Experience in a similar retention environment
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• A technical appreciation of web based technologies
• A proven track record working on large projects, managing budgets and processes in an online capacity
Salary is £28k – £40k
