The Hotels & Resort/Hospitality subsidiary of a real estate and construction giant in Dubai is looking for a well versed and enthusiastic Corporate Director of Project & Development with Engineering knowledge.
The company is in the planning and realizing phase of opening a series of luxury hotels of five- to seven-star rating.
The Corporate Director of Project & Development is overlooking the first three stylish and unique properties, starting from the pre opening phase continuing with the upcoming new projects.
Responsible for the coordinating of all development activities including detailed feasibility study, project management coordination; Ensure all activities required to deliver the project adhere to the project goals; Contribute to profitability and aligned to the overall development strategy; Responsible for the successful completion of the project within budget and specified timeframe; Prepare the development project business plan & budgets; Prepare strategic development plan; Manage annual plans, identifying key activities, priorities and risks; Coordinate and work closely with the Department Heads.
The right candidate has excellent experience in luxury international Chain Hotels, prior experience of having worked in a similar Project & Development role in the past, well versed in strategy development and implementation, research and report writing & analyzing skills, financially aware, problem solving and decision making. Brilliant communication, organizational and administrative skills.
He/She is a strategic thinker, dynamic & creative and is an enthusiastic, energetic, flexible team player who will enjoy the excitement and challenges of working for a very successful and rapidly growing organization.
Opening Experience is a must; Work Experience in Middle East, Asia and/or Europe is a plus.
