„« Responsibilities
Sales management for Sales and Marketing staff in accordance with the Values and Principles of the Holding
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units
Coaching for the technical activities in the country
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training of employees, planning, assigning and directing work, performance appraisal, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibility for costs within the company

Management duties
1- Creation of a modern, positive management culture in the relevant area
2- Operational management of the employees assigned to him.
3- Optimization of resource allocation in consultation with the regional Manager
4- Coaching of employees (sales, marketing and technical)
5- Delegates the necessary workload to the members of staff
Strategic and operational duties
1- Drawing up of sales plans with the Business Manager responsible for the particular area of business
2- Running the day-to-day organization and preparing strategies for the short and long term operations of the company
3- Setting of price bands for local sales
4- Representing the Holding in dealings with political and social institutions in the country
General duties
1- Active representation of the Holding interests
2- Ensuring the smooth running of the business
3- Contribution to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the Holding
4- Liaising with regional distributors to review and improve the day-to-day operations while remaining within the boundaries of corporate strategies.

Education
A Bachelor¡¦s Degree (B.Sc.) in agricultural engineering or business studies; both can fit depending on experience
