Management duties
1- Creation of a modern, positive management culture in the relevant area
2- Operational management of the employees assigned to him
3- Optimization of resource allocation in consultation with the CEO of the Holding
4- Personal leadership of the employees assigned to him.
5- Targeted personnel development focusing on duties and employees
Strategic and operational duties
1- Implementing marketing synergies in consultation with the CEO of the New Holding
2- Drawing up and implementing a regional personnel policy.
3- Realization of sales synergies
4- Representing the Holding in dealings with political and social institutions in the relevant area
General duties
1- Active representation of the Holding interests
2- Ensuring the sustainable development of the business
3- Contribution to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the Holding
4- Setting and communicating the corporate values and principles of the Holding
„« Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor¡¦s Degree (B.Sc.) in agricultural engineering or business studies preferably an Agricultural Engineer.
Professional experience / Specialist skills
Management and Several years experience in a relevant field.
An excellent understanding of English
