Assist in the development and co-ordination of all policies and programs relating to all the phases of public relations and content creation and dissemination activities.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and creation of implementation road map and schedules for all necessary public relations activity to support brand and communications strategy. This will involve liaising with the leaders of the business and corporate headquarters to ensure that communication is consistent across geographic territories and across all layers of the organization
• Assist in evaluating all existing programs, services, techniques and procedures and establish the annual calendar for installation of programs
• Working closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure that policies and programs are explained to all new employees and procedures governing talking to the press are covered.
• Assist in creation of company guideline document for all existing and new employees to protect legal and confidential issues
• Play a key role in the internal communication programs through various methods: email, group meetings, and company communications and working closely with Marketing Communication coordinator and Events Coordinator to channel and synchronize activities announcements and campaigns planning
• Supervise the quality of content and contribute in developing content for the various channels (newsletter, web, announcements, adverts…)
• Ensure key people and/or products are covered in industry and business press to support brand campaign and enhance sales effort. Coordinate with the PR agency to develop articles and so on within core and vertical media
• Work closely with marketing manager and marketing executives to understand key business messages and interpret to deliver business solutions messages
• Assist Marketing Manager in developing budget and gain approval though marketing or business owner of the P&L
• Foster a rapport with the media and create mutually respected relationships
• Contact the media to ensure coverage of innovative programs, developments, employee promotions or growth

Skills Required::
Preferably with a Degree in Journalism or Public Relation
Fluent in English & Arabic
Preferably with experience in an IT Company
