Bilingual French/English Help Desk Agent
– 1(+) year(s) customer service or technical experience
– $13.60/hr and goes to $14.00 when perm!

– Must be flexible to work a set schedule including days, nights, mid-days, weekends and holidays.
Summary: Qualifies customers, utilizing technical and trouble shooting techniques, and processes help desk information to meet client’s needs.
Job Duties and Functions:
• Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries about the company’s products or services by following standard scripts and procedures. Talks with customers by phone and receives information pertaining to restaurant IT/ computer systems.
• Solve customer issues.
• Processing the established daily metric, while maintaining an average talk time consistent with current business needs.
• Must meet Quality standards.
• Responsible for greeting customers and clients in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
