We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator for our Mt. Vernon, Indiana location. The Maintenance Coordinator is a key position in the plant – balancing priorities, manpower, material and equipment availability to develop individual and department work schedules. You will also liaise between production and maintenance departments. The ideal candidate knowledgeable of HPM principles, can work independently, has a critical eye and excellent communication skills! You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. |
| Skills Required: |
A high school diploma with 2 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in a maintenance coordinator role. Demonstrated experience with industrial maintenance with a background in electric, pipefitting, welding, and millwright work. Demonstrated intermediate communication skills and MS Office & Maximo proficiency, and 2 to 5 years of demonstrated supervisory experience in a plant environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or Industrial Management coupled with 2 – 5 years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment. Intermediate proficiency with MS Project.
