| Job Description: |
The purpose of this job is to provide detailed information on accounts receivable. This candidate must keep an up-to-date billing system since inaccuracies result in collection errors. Resolves credit balances and account problems. Creating an appropriate communication system that reminds the customer about payment without offending them.
30% Post Invoices. Process payments. Apply deposits.
30% Responsible for collecting payment from the customers in a timely manner.
10% Review credit balances/limits, adjustments.
5% Prepare various weekly reports such as: Income forecasting, Accounts Receivable aging, etc. etc.
10% Reconciles invoices from Quick book and Apparel Magic.
5% Distribute invoices, verify GL codes.
5% Reconcile accounts such as: Insurance, Advertising, Merchant, etc.
5% Performs a variety of general clerical duties, including telephone reception, filing, etc.
