Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research on various real estate opportunities on a worldwide basis
• Placement of Funds and developing relationships with investors in the GCC and worldwide
• Establish the investment criteria for each Fund and the portfolio
• Write a Risk Management criteria for each Real Estate Investment Fund
• Prepare the Risk / Return profile for each Investment Opportunity which gets referred to
Global Investment House
• Refer the successful investment opportunities to the Real Estate Operating Committee
• Network with industry players and create a platform for investment deals to flow into Global
Investment House
• Evaluate real estate consultants, appraisers, property managers & environmental consultants
• Coordinate with sales departments in all matters relating to Real Estate funds.
Funds Management :
• Responsible for generating fees and meeting revenue target for each fund
• Monitor investments on a regular basis and make recommendations to The Head-Real Estate
• Be involved in the extensive due diligence process of Real Estate Opportunities
• Asset allocation and portfolio management
• Prepare regular investment reports and submit to Head-Real Estate
• Meet property managers internationally to complete due diligence requirements
• Recommend buying or selling decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Frequent traveling to establish manager contacts and industry contacts to enhance intelligence
on Real Estate Investment opportunities
• Evaluate marketing material e.g. Presentations, monthly updates, etc.

Skills Required:: |
Post Graduate degree from a recognized university preferably in Finance & Banking, MBA & CFA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in large financial and banking services industry. |
