Russian IT company NCT is looking for a technical support /installation specialist for working in representative office in Peru, Lima.
One of the most noticeable projects developed by NCT is Petrol Plus, which is an automatic loyalty and non-cash payment system used at petrol stations. The first payment that went through this system occurred in 1995, and by now our system is used by such leaders on the oil market as Rosneft, TNK-BP, UKOS, Tatneft, Lukoil and hundreds of other stand-alone companies. More than 700 projects have been launched with thousands of terminals and millions of cards successfully operating in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus, Mongolia, Lithuania, Poland and other countries.
Besides petrol station system, NCT has been also the leading provider of plastic cards and terminals for banking industry since 1991. Partnering with Sagem Monetel, Gemalto and Intellect helped us to achieve high level of proficiency and provide professional service to our clients: Alfa-Bank, Vozrozhdenie Bank, Privatbank, Impexbank, Master Bank, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and many others.
The main functions of technical support specialist will be as follows:
1. Technical support of firmware complex
2. Installation and adjustment of firmware complex
3. Training of firmware complex users
4. Loading, preventive measures and terminal hardware repair works
5. System administration on NCT office in Lima
During training period a business trip to Russia (2 weeks). |
| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
- Education: higher technical education
- Foreign languages: Spanish and English fluent
- driving license, Â category
- own car - desirable
- Experience: 1 year
Necessary skills:
OC Windows - advanced user, network architecture, basic foundation of data transmitting organization, basic foundation of data base formation. Experience of system administration.
Additional:
Desirable - experience of SQL- inquiry building, experience of working with POS-terminal hardware.
Personal characteristics: responsibility, intelligence, result orientation (possibility of unnormalized working in case of need), benevolent approach to clients, skills for training, independence.
