Profile:
We are looking for a female professional recruiter with at least 2-3 years recruitment experience, someone that is talkative, friendly, positive, objective focus, hard worker and with a lot of energy. She will also do some administrative task related to Human Resources Department.
Activities:
+ Define new positions profile
+ Post recruitment adverts
+ Check CVs
+ Telephone/face to face interviews
+ Interview rating/report
+ Documentation processing
+ Arrival coordination
+ Pick up new employees at airport
+ Welcome employees to company
+ Provide personal support on the first working days
+ Company apartment management
+ Recruitment expenses control/report
+ Produce recruitment procedure reports
+ General Human Resources support
