Our client, a major investment bank in Bahrain, is currently seeking an experienced real estate professional who can develop and implement real estate investment strategies to meet the investment objectives of the bank.
Duties include:
_ Handling all deal flow and major transactions
_Developing real estate investment strategies
_Hiring a balanced team of real estate professionals
_Working with a sophisticated international clientele
_Supervise market research and development management
The compensation package will include full relocation, base salary (tax free), bonus incentive, executive perks, car allowance and benefits including travel to country oif origin.

| Skills Required: |
The candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of real estate expertise within a bank, investment house or financial institution. Global experience is necessary to implement strategies in numerous regions.
