| Job Description: |
My client, a Leading Search Engine and one of the World's most recognisable brands, is currently recruiting ambitious Graduates with fluent English in its growing European Headquarters based in Dublin.
Working within the company's state of the art business centre you will gain access to some of the Internet's most exciting products, such as online advertising, virtual maps, etc. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising closely with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, forums, instant chat, blogs, etc) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic growth and business development within existing customer accounts.
- Provide expert editorial advice to customers to optimise effectiveness of customer advertising and maximise ROI.
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams to implement innovative initiatives and develop your own ideas.
To be suitable for this role, you must fulfil the following criteria:
- BA / BA holder or equivalent.
- Native level English
- 12 months experience in client contact position - a passion for developing and maintaining customer relationships is essential!
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing team atmosphere.

| Skills Required: |
> BA/BS or equivalent
> Fluency in written and spoken English; for language specific roles, fluency in one or more additional languages
> Previous client service experience and a passion for building and maintaining successful customer relationships
> Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and analytical skills, ability to proactively seek solutions and implement improvements
> Motivated, organised, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented international environment
> Demonstrated passion for excellence in career and personal interests
> A plus: background in e-commerce, publishing, or online services; localisation experience; webmaster experience |
