- Previous international experience
- Able to work with a translator
- Food Hygiene certificate required
- Group training certificate would be a plus
- 10 years experience in F&B with 5 years at a managerial position
- Executive chef/head chef level of experience
- Opening experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- English as mother tongue
- Reference's contact for the two last working experience
