Regulatory Compliance with State Agencies (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi) with knowledge of state regulations
Responsibilities:
• Position requires preparation and submittal of Well Completions, Recompletions, Plugging Reports, SWD’s, Temporary Abandon, etc. Filings with Txrrc, La Dnr, Ms O&sbd.
• Support on filing Drilling Applications with knowledge of state regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and with continually changing priorities
• Interface between Engineering, Land, Geology & Regulatory Agencies
• Determination of applicable rules and data for regulatory reporting, familiarity with agency regulations in the identification of agency timing, requirements, and processes required
• Ability to converse with State Agencies in professional manner and respond accordingly

| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of Regulatory Compliance with State Agencies
• Management of large workload
• Computer input and good interpersonal skills are required.
• Applicable skills also include software as Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Well EZ, Field Direct & Eagle application
• Good organizations skills are a must along with the ability to multi-task.
• Ensure all filings are submitted accurate and in a timely manner
