Education, Special Training, or Experience Required in Performing Job
•College degree (or equivalent experience)
•3-5 years experience with the following Oracle E-Business Suite modules (Financial: AP, AR, CM, FA, GL; and, Human Resource: HR, PR, OAB, CWB, SSHR)
•1-3 years experience with the following Oracle Development Tools (Oracle Fusion Middleware including: Oracle Application Server, J-Developer, J2EE, BPEL, BAM, AJAX, Portal, Web Center Suite, Java Application Server, Service-Oriented Architecture, Middleware for Applications, and Workflow; Should also have 3-5 years experience with: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader)
•Thorough understanding of Oracle's Self-Service Framework and the Application Object Library
•Proven experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades
Skills required to perform Job / Other Instructions for Filling Job
•Willingness to work toward and achieve management directed goals and objectives
•Possesses a customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
•Effectively demonstrates verbal and written communication skills
•Enjoys troubleshooting and can identify appropriate recommendations / solutions
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and can manage stressful situations
Job Duties
•Provide customer support for Oracle Fusion Middleware and E-Business Suite modules listed above
•Assist users with configuration decisions and training recommendations
•Troubleshoot technical issues and work with Oracle Support to resolve Service Requests
•Configure, test, and implement configurable components of Oracle Fusion and E-Business Suite
•Develop Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions within the Self-Service Framework guidelines
•Develop J-Developer, J2EE, BPEL, BAM, AJAX, and Portal programs within SOA guidelines
•Maintain and document customizations / extensions
