IT Staffing Sales Director
The Director of Sales for staffing and consulting is directly responsible for the revenue generation of the organization. Performance will be measured by obtainment of quarterly revenue goals. Responsibilities will include direct sales as well as management of the sales team.
Skills/Experience requirements:
* Entrepreneurial - Mandatory requirement. Should have strong entrepreneurial skills. Should be self motivated and achiever.
* A Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of experience
* 5-10 years of sales and sales management experience focused on selling consulting services for both staff augmentation, IT offshore outsourcing. Prior verifiable experience at a senior level with IT staffing/Consulting Company is required.
Responsibilities:
* Establish sales goals and objectives, sales performance and revenue plans for sales of consulting services
* Establish and enforce sales discipline, including contact and opportunity forecasting.
Establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
* Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
To sum it up we are looking for a top performer who can build strong sales teams and achieve aggressive sales targets. Needs to have valid references regarding his past performances.
