Description
My client works with wireless customers all over the world, ensuring that the customers business and product requirements are fulfilled in a thorough and effective manner.
The Solution Delivery Specialist is directly responsible for maintaining & developing client relationships while creating a unique look and feel. Not only do they work to deliver existing business; they play an integral role in influencing and driving repeat engagements. A role within Solution Delivery Services offers a continuous learning environment where each project presents the opportunity to further extend an engineers knowledge and skill set.
Requirements
Deploying and integrating products into major telecommunication networks;
Working with customers on network architectural design and integration points;
Troubleshooting issues with customer and internally;
Performing end-to-end testing and acceptance on customer's network
Launching products into live networks
Qualifications
Solid in depth experience with UNIX and shell/perl scripting
Demonstrated experience with configuring network elements including switches, routers, and load-balancers
Customer service skills and ability to manage customer issues
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively is a must
Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7, ISDN, Wireless IN strongly preferred
Knowledge of SQL RDBMS Scripting (Oracle, Informix, mysql) preferred
Training, tools and a network of high quality supporting personnel are available in order to ensure that field engineers have the support they require to succeed. |
