Our client is searching for an Assistant to the Finance Director and Office Manager to perform the following duties.
Finance
Reconciliation of invoice payment & outstanding invoice list and resolving queries with invoices / statements. Production of Broker Statements, credit Control, liaising with Brokers and reconciliation Broker debt to premium database. Maintenance and Reconciliation of cheque and transfer register and preparation of cheque and transfer runs. Liaising with Banks in resolution of bank queries, reconciliation of Office and Client bank Accounts and treasury Instructions. Input of all nominal journals, sales and purchase invoices and bank movements into Sage
Production and Reconciliation of Payroll for Gibraltar employees and reconciliation of Payroll for UK employees.
Office Management
Assisting with the general running of the office including covering for Office Manager/PA to MD when away, Filing and reception support. The updating and reconciliation of reports and the database. Assisting in support to other office members such as compliance and internal audit documentation.
You will have previous experience in the majority of these requirements and live locally.
Salary is £19k - £21k
