Position:Technical Support Agent (Danish)
The Job
1st level customer support, handling both software and hardware issues for internal/external IBM clients.
Telephone and email support
Problem solving
Provide customer solutions by FOP (fix on phone), CRU (customer replaceable unit) CE (customer engineer onsite)
Maintain and adhere to work instructions within organisational objectives.
Work within SLA’S (service level agreements) to meet targets and deadlines
Any Other tasks as requested by manager.
Qualifications and skills:
Mandatory high quality written and spoken Danish and English
Proven experience in software & hardware packages
Proven high level of direct customer care skills
Good attitude towards self-teaching is an advantage
