As a Licensed Realtor, your duties will entail assisting Buyers and Sellers in making the best decision for them. You will be familiar with local property values, and guide Sellers to what price will sell their home, as well as guide buyers in making the best offer on the property of their choice.
You will also learn Real Estate Contracts, be familiar with the life of an escrow, and current trends in loan programs.
You will be proficient in Time Management Skills as well. Excell/Pointe and Outlook skills are an asset.
