Responsibilities
For nursing, cardiac patients along with other allied health problems.
Monitoring Thrombolisis procedure with streptokinase of indicated patients and management of complication.
Monitoring patient of primary PTCA and stenting.
Maintaining chart for patient vital parameters, patient complaints, medication given.
Maintaining patients profile regarding intake output, daily care given to patient.
Proper handover of patient before living duty.
Regularly covers night duty (12 hrs)
Work with 9 to 10 staffs
Involved in teaching new staffs members
Admission of new patients
Study case history and carry out initial treatment stages
Care of Ventilated adults
Suctioning
Administration of medications
Attending Doctors rounds
Blood gases for required patient.
Occasionally taking charge of the Unit.
