• Oversees all company financial management practices, including accounting department, budget preparation, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
• Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with president, Vice Presidents and department heads.
• Supervises investment and raising of funds for business.
• Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
Qualification: Chief Financial Officer requires extensive experience. A minimum of 8, preferrably 10, years experience in a senior role.
•CPA designation preferred.
•Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
•Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
•Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
