Our client, a leading UAE master developer and a major regional player, is looking for a topnotch Recruitment Officer for their head office in Abu Dhabi.
Assisting the HR Director on day to day recruitment work, the ideal candidate’s responsibilities include:
• Liaising with line managers on manpower needs
• Coordinating with various placement/recruitment agencies
• Searching, screening and sifting CV’s
• Calling candidates for interview/testing
• Conducting initial interviews
• Administering tests and personal questionnaires
• Placing job advertisements in newspaper, on line job portals, etc..
• Completing all administration for new employees i.e. job offer, collection of documentation for visa/labor process, Contracts, medical, etc.

Skills Required:: |
To succeed in this role, the incumbent must possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study. He/she must have at least 5 years related experience in a reputed organization or executive search company, with excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills. He/she must be computer literate, with test administration and interviewing skills. Arabic speaking is a plus |
