Assisting the Recruitment Manager on day to day work.
• Call candidates for interview/testing.
• Processing regret letters as and when required for rejected candidates
• Understanding the job by meeting the line manager before advertising the job.
•Screening and sifting CV’s
•Place job adverts in newspaper, on line job portals, etc..
•Search CV’s
-Conduct initial interviews
•Administer tests and personal questionnaires.
•Complete all administration for new employees i.e. collection of documentation for visa/labour process, approval of recruit, Contracts, CID & medical

| Skills Required: |
-Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel)
•Test administration skills
•2-5 years general banking experience
•Fluent in both Arabic and English i.e. both written and spoken
•Good communications skills
•Good Interpersonal skills
•University graduate. |
