Comprising 3 small businesses under one parent company this would be an extremely attractive role for someone bi lingual with at least 2 years experience in a PA /Secretarial capacity
you need to be bilingual, own a car and driving license, have good computer skills and have flexible approach to work as you may be required to the companies offices in Cadiz from time to time, there may also be some overseas travel.
The role is full time based in Nueva Andalucia , and whilst the hours are typically Monday to Friday you may be required to work on a weekend as and where required. You must be personable and well groomed as you will be involved in meetings with all sorts of officials and business types. There are wide ranging duties from booking flights to writing letters to changing websites to taking meetings, liaising with suppliers and so forth.
Ideally the company are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop as they work and thus take more of the work load away from the owner as the company expands, possibly moving into management in the future. The client need someone who can work on their own initiative as well as take instruction, a person who is enthusiastic, wants to learn and achieve.
To summarise: They need someone with enthusiasm and energy and the desire to be all they can be, to get on and learn and grow with the job.

There will be a salary of circa 18,000€ gross PA to start and the possibility of a company car and bonuses in the future.
