Assertive individual who knows how to help drive software development process maturity to lead the day-to-day QA activities of a project by defining, implementing and maintaining a coherent, progressive testing strategy and coordinate various QA activities.
Create and execute appropriate project plan, test strategies and test case plans for QA testing activities in concert with development and program management efforts. Have the ability to clearly communicate goals, decisions and recommendations to appropriate levels of the organization.

Skills Required:: |
2-4 years SQA experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or science related field, or equivalent experience. Project management experience with proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines.
Experience with Linux and previous experience working with small test teams preferred.
