| Job Description: |
The Field Engineering Manager oversees Site Construction Engineering Support Staff for all Construction Engineering Coordination in resolving Request for Information and site clarifications to engineering documents for the Haiyang Site. Helps to ensure site QA/QC Program is being followed by Construction Subcontracts. Coordinates with Construction Team to oversee and monitor progress of construction contractor. Supports coordination of interfaces between design groups and ensures design supports construction. Provide routine reporting on construction contractor activities, including immediate reporting and coordination of urgent issues. Provides input for audits and surveillances to ensure milestones are met for contract performance. The Field Engineering Manager resolves complex problems to assist the project between all internal and external organizations and manages the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching. |
Skills Required:: |
15-20 years experience. Has demonstrated and proven track records in self performed construction engineering work. The position must demonstrate expertise in broad areas of construction. Education: Engineering degree or equivalent experience required. |
