Regional Business Development Associate
Seeking a smart, energetic, and independent candidate who will help to develop marketing and sales tactics for a small property management company. The candidate will be responsible to identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships and pursue property management agreements with new clients
Job Description
- Identification, negotiation and management of strategic relationships with new clients in the Metro Atlanta area.
- Management of the marketing, sales and product plan to implement business development initiatives.
- Negotiating contracts with clients to enable efficient operations and customer relations
- Maintaining and developing customer and prospect database.
- Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales
- Managing and fulfilling the expectations of negotiated contracts, including property leasing and management
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in finance or marketing (2-4 yrs)
- Must be familiar with real estate concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must be reliable and self motivated to plan and accomplish goals
- Must be able to work in a challenging, dynamic environment
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
