Regional Business Development Associate

Seeking a smart, energetic, and independent candidate who will help to develop marketing and sales tactics for a small property management company. The candidate will be responsible to identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships and pursue property management agreements with new clients

Job Description
- Identification, negotiation and management of strategic relationships with new clients in the Metro Atlanta area.
- Management of the marketing, sales and product plan to implement business development initiatives.
- Negotiating contracts with clients to enable efficient operations and customer relations
- Maintaining and developing customer and prospect database.
- Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales
- Managing and fulfilling the expectations of negotiated contracts, including property leasing and management

Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in finance or marketing (2-4 yrs)
- Must be familiar with real estate concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must be reliable and self motivated to plan and accomplish goals
- Must be able to work in a challenging, dynamic environment
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Integrity - Able to be tactful, maintain confidences, and foster an ethical work environment; prevent inappropriate behavior by coworkers; give proper credit to others; handle all situations honestly.

- Teamwork - Able to share due credit with coworkers; display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment; work closely with other departments as necessary' support group decisions and solicit options from coworkers; display team spirit.

- Planning, Prioritizing & Goal Setting - Able to prepare for customer needs; manage multiple tasks; determine urgency in a meaningful and practical way; use goals to guide actions and create detailed action
plans; organize and schedule people and tasks.

- Relationship Management - Able to develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns and feelings; build and maintain long-term associations based on trust; help others.
