Our client is inviting applicants with sufficient Trust/Private Client experience to join their well established and busy Trusts department.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the drafting of sophisticated trust documents and dealing with members of the world’s wealthiest families and their senior advisors. You will also have experience in the commercial uses of trusts and structures involving trusts, partnerships and bodies corporate to effect commercial and transactional ends. It is essential for the successful candidate to have experience in advising on general, corporate, partnership and company commercial matters, as well as corporate and partnership administration.
Bermuda is a beautiful island with an abundance of stunning beaches, crystal clear water and palm trees, whilst still having access to a traditional English high street. The Client and our team at CML will assist in every aspect of relocation.
