cPanel is currently looking for driven individuals to be part of our technical support team.
Qualifications:
US work eligibility
Familiarity with rpm based *nix distributions (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS, etc)
Familiarity with ports based Operating Systems (FreeBSD)
Configuration and troubleshooting of:
Apache
BIND
Exim
MySQL
OpenSSL
PostgreSQL
PureFTPd
Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills:
Configuration and troubleshooting of:
cPanel
WHM
Customer service experience
WebHosting experience
Job Duties:
Answering customer questions / requests through our ticketing and phone systems
Troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions
Documenting repeated issues
Coordinating with management and other departments to share knowledge
