| Job Description: |
The Chemical Cleaning Manager shall be responsible in Pre commissioning and commissioning of Petrochemical plant/Petroleum refinery. He shall manage chemical cleaning of pipelines/equipments.
He should be aware with all type of chemicals and laboratory test that will be performed during cleaning.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Meeting the clients, preparation of method statements, handling all technical and commercial issues belongs to above mentioned activities.
• Shall review tender scope, estimation of quantities and cost, preparation of tender documents, getting quotations from vendors for materials, getting quotations from sub-contractors, preparation of pre-qualification documents and submitting to clients.
• Preparation of reports for management review.
• Leading the team of above mentioned activities & capable of handling multiple parallel activities.
• To give suggestions and Implementation of modification proposals.
• Identification of cost saving measures and implementation in coordination with other executives.
• Imparting training to technicians and sharing ideas for improvement. |
Skills Required:: |
At least 3-5 years work experience as Chemical Engineer. Middle East experience is an advantage.
