Our client is looking for a Training Manager (Female) who is currently in Dubai
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Monitor and maintain trainings and assessments of all the team
-Strategically plan training and assessments on a quaterly basis, based on the marketing trends and future launch
-Induction and training of new staff ,to ensure standards are met
-Plan and facilitate anatomy/ physiology training, consultation, guest service training to the team
-Focus and motivate team to work towards daily targets in line with spa/ salon monthly targets
-To resume the responsibilities of Asst. Spa/ Salon Manager, in their absence
-Supervise the daily performance of all the beauty advisers and analyse the areas that need training

-Should be fluent in english, Arabic speaking would be an added advantage
