Job Profile :
The projects experience shall range between 1000 sft – 10, 00,000 sft (min) of various land uses types (residential, commercial, hospitality, townships etc.)
• Shall be very professional and having sound knowledge of the field including MEP services.
• Shall have a pleasing personality, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Shall have good sketching and free hand drawing capabilities.
• Shall have good understanding & working proficiency of the software like AutoCAD 2000 to 2008 & Microsoft Office tools. Adobe Photoshop / 3D studio & MS Project would be an added advantage.
Design Development –
• Client interaction / Interaction with senior management for getting project briefs
• Concept Design development (CLDP) and discussions / approval of the same from the Chief Landscape Architect.
• Preparing presentations in appropriate format with project budget estimation for final approval from the client or senior management.
• Incorporating detail planting schemes and layouts
• Detail Design Development (DD) of the external development / landscape architectural package thereby drafting / ensuring drafting of good for construction (GFC) working drawings
• Design coordination with various MEP services consultants including Irrigation, It & Security
• Preparing coordinated external development service drawings
• To release Good for Construction set / document to site with necessary approvals
Design Management –
• Detail coordination with the consultant for various landscape projects (if the project is outsourced) from Concept development Stage to release of the Good for Construction Document stage.
• Site coordination during various construction stages for the project till the handover of the project to the client / project completion.
• Resolving site issues independently (or in coordination with Chief Landscape Architect if critical) as and when required by the site team
