Human Performance Applications Consultant
(HR Access Specialist)
My main client in France; one of the Top companies in Information Technology and Consultancy, is now looking to incorporate a Human Performance Applications Functional Consultant to work in its offices in Paris.
The company centres its efforts in the following areas: consultancy TIC, equipment and infrastructures, systems integration of information, outsourcing and implantation of integrated solutions of enterprise management.
The added value of this particular client, is its multidirectional capacity to provide services for companies in diverse industry sectors such as High Technology, Financial, Government , Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media, etc
***We are looking for an experienced Consultant with knowledge of the full life cycle, configuration and implementation of the Software HR Access***
The role involves HR functional activities such as:
-Training management (courses definition, plan build-up, session administration, training evaluation)
-Skill management (annual assessment process, skill and job definition)
-framing of requirements
-Detailed Functional Specifications drafting
-Assistance during developments
-coordination of the drafting of integration tests and their execution
-prototypes presentations to the customer
-day-to-day coaching of an apprentice on the project
-Involvement in in-house and in external HR activities related to gathering specifications for the Top Management sector.
