| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customize spa packages according to the customers needs
2. Consultations and customizing programs
3. Deliver professional service and obtain customers in modesty of the SPA service.
4. Encourage customer loyalty and develop clientele retention.
5. Coordinate with the receptionist in terms of customers appointments.
6. Be responsible for the hygiene of the work and maintain cleanliness before and after treatment.
7. Take care of equipment and machines and report any breakages or maintenance requirements.
8. Ensure that the products and items for professional use are always prepared and stock level is well obtained.
9. Follow the standard operating procedures implemented by the SPA & Salon Manager.
10. Provide home care service as and when required.
11. Aspire on promoting and selling of appropriate retail products after treatment.
12. Coordinate with the SPA Stock Controller concerning placement of orders of products giving prior notice.
13. Work towards reaching targets implemented by the department Manager
14. Treat all customers with respect and be attentive to client’s needs.
15. Follow the procedures of consultation to ensure that reserved treatment is suitable for client and to check for any contra-indications and side effects.
16. Keep the treatment rooms clean and tidy at all times and well prepared for each customers appointment
17. Be presentable and maintain a high standard of hygiene with clean and well-groomed hair, short and unpolished nails, and hair tied back, uniform clean and pressed.
18. Must wear standard uniform at all times.
19. Respect client confidentiality at all times.
20. These tasks are not limited and the employee could be asked to do more tasks driven from the department requirements.
