| Job Description: |
Seeking Project Manager to work on a variety of medium to large scale new construction and renovation projects from conception to completion. Projects will be HIGH-END Fashion Retail facilities and offices, as well as Private residences. Project Manager will plan project layouts and prepare scale drawings, prepare contract documents for the building contractor, integrate engineering elements into unified designs, conduct periodic on-site observation work, etc...
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an architectural firm
Experience with retail and/or residential projects
A demonstrated understanding of the architectural process from the proposal and contract negotiations through contract administration.
A demonstrated knowledge of architecture, technical detailing, and construction.
